I chew, I listen and in a shower I start to laugh loudly. Then a serious voice I convince her, that and I will make, only here doem a dinner. I eat up and go to look new cinema on the computer. Even a window leaf I close, that all this hubbub in the street to me did not stir))).
And here yesterday I have again felt all same emotions what overflowed me during a general panic on the occasion of pseudo-earthquake of which, naturally, was not neither at 16.00, nor at 17.00, till now (from those events has passed more year already).
The reason of my emotions - lightning bankruptcy of bank which serves many organisations of a city (into accounts in this bank workers receive the salary). Here it took, and has suddenly gone bankrupt. And yesterday in cash dispenses there were kilometre turns which have not decreased and today. In streets spoke and speak only about this awful incident. The people have literally run into any afflicted condition, have rushed to remove the means stored in this bank. And bank, it is necessary to tell, the stablest and prospering from all existing in edge. More shortly, I simply do not have words in this occasion)). Well though kill, I do not understand and I do not divide love of our people to a panic in the slightest occasion. The ridiculous reaches, the word of honour. Someone artful starts up hearing, and crowd this hearing picks up and transforms into an occasion to spontaneous mad acts (like mass eviction from apartments with belongings or cashing in of all copecks laying on the bank account).
It is such feature of mentality of Russian people?.

In a yesterday's situation attempt to shake stability is clearly looked through and to spoil reputation of bank, having begun that its end. Many are interested in it. Beginning from Moscow, finishing local structures (as bank regional). Very much it is successful and good. Moscow wishes it to appropriate, as well as all other, that prospers here without its participation, and local - at them the interest about which I prefer to keep silent here. To me it is simply insulting, that hands of silly people all it becomes. And then the same people will cry bitterly and abuse themselves. But will be already late.
I hope, the bank will manage to be rehabilitated in the opinion of these fools who have drawn out the money from accounts, and will resist to spite to its ill-wishers. I the person foreign and not interested (though, my salary also in this bank is stored, means, any interest all the same is, but not essential, considering modesty of that salary), but nevertheless I wish it to leave this ridiculous situation adequately. After all truly speak: in Russia two troubles - fools and roads. Fools - greatest of them.

But discussed this theme in the people yet one day. And this time, listening bajki about the bank, some people have recollected at once that duck and have drawn an analogy.

I have there and then recollected 1998 year when the rouble has fallen off, and the hearing that there will be no bread so grandmothers were built at once in turn in grain booths has gone and typed bread in pillowcases, how many will get.
